In general
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products & services offered by Marbella Yachting. This applies both live as well as any online services or events.
Agreement
You must accept the terms of trade at the conclusion of each purchase. You are encouraged to read the terms and conditions carefully. The agreement will be entered into in English and Spanish (EU) legislation applies.
Marbella Yachting reserves the right to cancel your order due to weather conditions.
Prices & Payment
Prices are in EUR (incl VAT) and are paid by card via Stripe when ordering.
Deposit is 20% on booking if +30 days before, 50 % if is less than 30 days, 100% less than a week amd the deposit is none refundable !

All payments has to be paid in full 1 week before.
You will receive an email confirming on your reservation when the order is submitted. And an email shortly after from Marbella Yachting via Stripe when the payment is registered.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure or force majeure similar circumstances which are due to eg changed legislation, government measures, conflicts in the labor market, lock-down, pandemic, fire, floods, war, terror, sabotage, major accident or similar incidents, Marbella Yachting is considered exempted from its obligations under this Agreement. It will therefore not be possible to get the money refunded for planned or ongoing services, workshops, events or individual events. Marbella Yachting will postpone agreed services, workshops, events and stand-alone events.

Marbella Yachting reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions that apply to this website. It is important that you read them. The parties are only bound by the terms of trade that are online on the day the order is placed. You will always find the latest updated policies on this page.
